Behavior Support
Functional Behavior Assessments

Our BCBAs can conduct observations and complete assessments to determine the function of your student’s behaviors. This entails conducting a day of observations, gathering data and insights from teachers and completion of an in-depth Functional Behavior Assessment report. This report may come with or without behavior plan recommendations, at your request.
Behavior Intervention Plans
Our BCBAs can collaborate with you to write a thorough behavior intervention plan, create materials, train paras, teachers and/or RBTs on the plan and ensure it is implemented with fidelity. They can sit in on IEP meetings, explain the plan to parents and the rest of the team, attend BIP reviews and more.
RBT Services
Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) can provide 1:1 support for students with BIPS and serve as a valuable asset to the educational team. RBTs helps promote student success by assisting with behavior interventions, skill development, emotional regulation, and implementation of individualized behavior plans within the classroom setting
Classroom Management
we provide professional classroom management training and support designed to help teachers create structured, positive, and successful learning environments. Our team works alongside educators to implement proactive behavior strategies, improve student engagement, establish effective routines, and reduce classroom disruptions
Behavior Support Groups
Our behavior team can provide social groups within your schools as part of IEP intervention plans and behavior service minutes. These groups help students build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop meaningful peer relationships within a supportive and structured environment. Social groups focus on essential social-emotional skills such as conversation, friendship building, emotional regulation, problem solving, teamwork, and navigating social situations at school.

Services Offered
Our SPED consultation services provide schools with support in managing special education paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements. We work alongside school teams to help organize processes, review documentation, support IEP and evaluation procedures, and ensure schools are following Utah special education laws and guidelines. Our goal is to reduce stress for educators while helping schools maintain compliant, efficient, and student-focused SPED programs.
